Candice's Idea

• The scene begins with a shot of a body laying in a bath (fully clothed)
• The next scene is in a room with a counsellor and the mother of the drowned body
• The next few clips show flashbacks of the mother's past-
• The domestic abuse she received from her husband
• The day she got a phonecall from a police officer to give the news that her husbands been involved in a car crash while under the influence of alcohol and due to his injuries they don't think he will survive.
• The difficulties the teenage daughter or son puts the mother through on a daily basis- 'you're just like your dad'
• In between these scenes show shots of reaction/emotion from both the mother and counsellor in the interview room.
• The last scene ends with either the mother walking out the room with handcuffs on ready to return to her cell or the scene of the crime with the body in the bath.
