- In our short film we are planning to use a close-up of Louise's mum crying at her grave while she mourns her daughters death. To do this we used a syringe and salty water to squirt into the corner of her eye to give the effect of tears.
- The issues we had with using the syringe was that the salty water came out quite quickly making it difficult to capture the 'crying' on camera.

Issues we had with the crying shots:
- When it came to filming the close-ups of Louise's mum crying the tears on Louise's mum's face were not obvious enough and after a few attempts we came to the conclusion that this idea wasn't going to work. Instead, we changed the shot to a medium long shot of the mum standing at the grave looking sad and as if she was crying.
